$0.25 off per pound at 120 lbs
Bulk Tea Discounts (Must be the same tea)
$0.20 off per pound at 6 lbs
$0.30 off per pound at 12 lbs
$0.40 off per pound at 20 lbs
PAYMENT: We will accept the following forms of payment: ACH, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. There is a 3.5% transaction fee when using a credit card to pay your net term invoice. To avoid fees, pay your net term invoice order by check.
ORDERING: Minimum opening order is $150.00. Minimum re-order is $100.00. Orders
under minimum have a $10.00 service charge.
TAX: As a wholesale account, you are not charged sales tax or retail pricing. However, to qualify as a wholesale account, Coffee Masters must have a copy of your Resale Tax certificate on file. Please note:New customers must provide a copy of their resale certificate to avoid sales tax.
BACK ORDERS : Unexpected circumstances may affect product availability. Because coffee and tea crops vary in grades, our quality standards may deem a crop unacceptable, therefore making some coffee and tea not available at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Our sales staff will assist you in selecting a similar product. Other merchandise in our line that is temporarily out of stock will be cancelled.
RETURNS & DAMAGES : If your shipment is damaged during shipping, you must sign for it damaged with the carrier. If not, Coffee Masters is not liable to replace or fix your order. All claims for missing product must
be made within 5 business days of receipt of order. To ensure proper credit, no merchandise may be returned without a RMA number. Authorization to return merchandise must be obtained in advance. A 15% restocking charge may also be incurred. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.
SHIPPING : We make every effort to process your coffee & tea order within 48 hours. All others products are 72 hours. Orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. All products are F.O.B. Spring Grove, Illinois. All shipping rates are calculated in real-time each day and are subject to change. If shipping international, additional fees may apply such as, but not limited to, dutys, taxes and inspection fees. You
are responsible for these additional fees, if they apply.
GRINDING : All of our coffee is shipped whole bean unless specifieed at the time of order. Ground coffee is non refundable. We are not responsible for particle size. We recommend using your own grinder.
OTHER : Prices are subject to change without notice. Special offers, coupons, and quarterly specials cannot be combined with any other discounts.
